Are you a Meta and Google partner?+
Yes. Sanro is a certified Meta Business Partner and Google Cloud Partner. We provision WhatsApp Business API, deploy on Google Cloud, and ship production systems on both platforms.
Where are you located?+
Headquartered in Sector 62, Noida (Discovery Towers A-17). We work with clients across India, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Remote engagements + on-site visits as needed.
How long have you operated?+
Sanro IT Consultants Pvt Ltd was incorporated in New Delhi on March 21, 2014. Twelve+ years across enterprise consulting, automation, and now agentic AI.

What's "agentic AI"?+
AI systems that don't just answer questions — they take actions. Agents perceive (read data, intake messages), reason (LLM-driven planning), act (call APIs, send messages, write records), and learn (update memory). Effectively: AI employees.
How is this different from chatbots?+
Chatbots talk. Agentic AI does. A chatbot might say "I'll check that for you" — an agent actually queries your CRM, books the meeting, sends the confirmation, and updates the pipeline.
Do you only build for large enterprises?+
No. Our smallest engagements start around ₹5L. We work with mid-size businesses (50–500 employees) most often, but we've shipped both for SMEs and for larger enterprises.
Can you do white-label work?+
Yes — we partner with agencies and consulting firms to white-label our agentic AI capabilities. Engagement terms tailored per partner.
Do you build mobile apps too?+
Yes, when the AI workflow needs a mobile front-end. We build native and hybrid mobile apps that integrate with our agentic AI backend.
Process
What does an audit look like?+
A free 60–90 minute call with one of our engineers. We map your current operations, identify high-leverage AI opportunities, and give you a written summary with options. Zero obligation.
Typical timeline from kickoff to live?+
6–12 weeks for most deployments. Discovery (2 weeks) → Design (2 weeks) → Build (4–8 weeks) → Deploy + UAT (2 weeks). Complex integrations or on-prem deployments can extend this.
Who do we work with on our side?+
One business owner (decision-maker), one technical contact (CTO/IT lead), and 1–2 ops people who'll use the system. Weekly sync meetings, daily Slack/WhatsApp access to our team.
What deliverables do we get?+
Working production system, technical documentation, training materials, monitoring dashboards, and an operations runbook. Plus full code and configs (you own everything we build).
How do you handle sign-off?+
Defined acceptance criteria in the SOW. UAT phase with your team. Sign-off when criteria met. Ongoing support kicks in from production day.
Pricing
What engagement models do you offer?+
Three primary models: Fixed-scope projects (one-time build), Retainer (ongoing development + ops), Outcome-based (we get paid when metrics move). Picked per project.
Ballpark cost for an agentic AI deployment?+
WhatsApp AI agent: ₹5L–₹15L. Multi-agent workflow: ₹15L–₹40L. Custom enterprise AI with on-prem LLM: ₹40L–₹1.5Cr. We model unit economics before SOW.
Do you charge for the initial audit?+
No. The discovery call and written summary are free. We only charge once you've decided to engage on a specific scope.
Are there ongoing costs?+
Yes — typically: cloud/compute (your account, predictable), AI model usage (when using SaaS LLMs), Sanro retainer for monitoring + improvements (₹50K–₹3L/month depending on scope). We surface all costs upfront.
Do you offer ROI guarantees?+
For outcome-based engagements, yes — we tie payment to measurable metrics. For fixed-scope, we guarantee functional acceptance criteria, but ROI depends on adoption, which is partly on your side.
Security & Compliance
How do you handle our data privacy?+
Data stays in your environment by default. We can deploy on-prem, in your VPC, or use your existing cloud. PII is tokenised or redacted before reaching any third-party model when external models are used.
Can you deploy on-prem?+
Yes. We deploy on customer-owned hardware (typically NVIDIA A100/H100 GPUs for LLMs) or in air-gapped environments for finance/healthcare/government clients.
Are you GDPR / DPDP Act compliant?+
Yes. We design every system for India's DPDP Act 2023 by default, and follow GDPR principles for EU-facing workloads. HIPAA-aware patterns available for healthcare clients.
Do you maintain audit logs?+
Yes — every agent action is logged with timestamp, user/agent identity, input, output. Logs are query-able and exportable to your SIEM (Splunk, Elastic, etc.).
What about HIPAA for healthcare clients?+
We follow HIPAA-aware patterns by default for healthcare deployments — PHI never leaves your boundary, audit trails maintained, BAAs available with sub-processors when SaaS is used.
Integration
Which CRMs do you integrate with?+
Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Freshworks, Kylas, LeadSquared, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, SugarCRM, and most others via API. Native integrations where available, custom REST/webhook integrations otherwise.
Can you connect to our ERP?+
Yes — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, Marg, Zoho Books. We use APIs, ODBC, RFC, or direct DB access depending on the system.
Do you support custom APIs?+
Yes — if it has an API, we can integrate. We also build custom connectors for legacy systems without APIs (screen scraping, file-based integration, MQ adapters, etc.).
Can the agent use WhatsApp Business API?+
Yes. We provision Meta-verified WhatsApp Business API as part of the engagement (or use yours if already in place). Template management, conversation tiers, webhook handling all included.
Do you work with our existing data warehouse?+
Yes — Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, on-prem warehouses. We connect via standard JDBC/ODBC or your existing BI layer (Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
Post-Launch
Do you offer ongoing monitoring?+
Yes — 24/7 production monitoring is part of our retainer. Performance metrics, error rates, model behaviour drift, security alerts. Weekly health reports.
How does retraining work?+
Quarterly model refresh by default. We A/B test new model versions before promoting. Rollback strategy in place. Custom retraining cadence available for high-velocity domains.
What support SLAs do you provide?+
Standard: 4-hour business-day response. Critical (production down): 1-hour 24/7. Enterprise SLAs available with dedicated engineer + named TAM.
Can you scale the agents over time?+
Yes — that's the whole point. Most clients start with one workflow, then expand to 3–5 use cases in the first year. We design for this expansion from day one.
What happens if something breaks?+
Production monitoring catches issues fast. Our engineer-on-call investigates immediately. Customer-facing flows have fallback paths (e.g. human handoff). We do post-incident reviews for anything significant.
